For those who asked, and those who didn’t but still like these things, here are our packing lists for cycle touring. They are straight from the packing check lists, hence the lack of brand and model details.
This area of the web site may also acquire all of the techy stuff over time so that it can be avoided by readers who would prefer to watch paint dry rather than read this stuff.

Thanks for that Tony.
It’s always useful & interesting to see how more experienced cycle campers do it.I rarely fail to learn something from others such as yourselves

HI guys, bet you had given us up as a bad job ! We are just back home after a 5 week trip with our touring caravan to France, though we kicked off in the Limburg region of southern Holland. We did get as far south as southern Provence, staying at Malaucene on the way, so that dear Edward could ride Mont Ventoux, which he did, and being a little overweight and not in the best of condition, he was quite pleased with. Great trip, the highlight was probably spending 6 nights at the southern end of Lac Annecy, what a beautiful spot.
You seem to be making good progress, we are really impressed, as most people should be. Is your tent a Hilleburg ?
will keep up with things now. Good luck and keep on keeping on.
Best wishes, Ted and Lorraine Crook
*We met at Caerlaverock Castle back in early May.
Hi, sounds like a great trip. Glad you had such a good time. Yes it is a Hilleberg Nallo GT 2 and we love it. Taking things easyo at the moment to time our arrival in Harrogate for the TdF. Thanks for keeping in touch G&T
